The AECOM-Fluor team unites two best-in-class firms and long-standing partners in transportation mega-program delivery: AECOM, a world leader in program management and high-speed rail (HSR) design, and Fluor, a preeminent self-performing contractor and operator of major rail systems. By combining the strengths of this global team with extensive California resources and rail experience, the AECOM-Fluor team provides the Authority with a depth of HSR, mega-program management, design, environmental, construction, and rail operations expertise second to none, along with local resources and in-depth knowledge of the California High-Speed Rail Program.
Based on the HSR experience and understanding of California High-Speed Rail, we have developed and integrated a “One Team” program delivery organization and approach guided by three critical success factors: UNITE, EVOLVE, AND DELIVER.
The AECOM-Fluor team will unite in a collaborative partnership with the Authority, contractors, and key stakeholders. We have assembled a team of experts who bring insight from their experience working on this program, managing the development of complex HSR systems as program management consultants and agency employees, and delivering similar programs from design through construction, operation, and maintenance.
